The InsuJet™ Needle-Free Injection System is covered by a limited warranty of two (2) years from the date of purchase. During this period, European Pharma Group B.V. (not the purchasing dealer) warrants the system to the original end-user customer against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the exclusions stated below. This commercial warranty does not affect the consumer's statutory warranty rights under applicable law, which entitle the consumer to receive corrective measures from the seller free of charge in case of non-conformity of the goods.

If any such defect arise during the warranty period, European Pharma Group B.V. will repair or replace the product. To obtain warranty service, the product must be returned to the dealer together with the original purchase invoice and a duly completed warranty card.

If European Pharma Group B.V. is unable to repair or replace the product, and/or if the corrective measures taken by European Pharma Group B.V. fail to resolve the non-conformity, the consumer is legally entitled to additional remedies from the seller without charge, including price reduction or contract termination. These statutory remedies are not affected by this warranty.

European Pharma Group B.V. shall not be liable for any alleged breach of warranty that, upon inspection, is reasonably determined to have resulted from causes not covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not apply to products that have been used in violation of the manufacturer's instructions or to any product which has been neglected, altered, misused, or used for purposes other than those for which it was manufactured.

Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to two (2) years from the date of purchase.

Some countries do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by country to country.

No person has any authority to bind European Pharma Group B.V. to any representation or warranty except those specifically set forth in this limited warranty.
