This privacy policy defines and explains how Sol Millennium (hereinafter “SolM”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our InsuJet™ website, accessible at the following URL: www.insujet.eu (hereinafter the “Site”). It also informs you of your rights regarding the information and personal data held by SolM.

Please note that this privacy policy may be modified at any time by SolM, in particular to comply with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential, or technological developments within the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) . 5. Recipients of Data

Your personal data is only accessible to authorized SolM Europe employees for legitimate business purposes.

We may also share your data with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, including:

  • Shopify (hosting and e-commerce infrastructure)

  • Salesforce (CRM and customer management)

SolM Europe and its partners do not sell personal data to third parties.



6. Data Retention

  • Personal data: retained for up to 3 years following your last interaction or transaction with SolM Europe.

  • Cookies: retained according to our Cookie Policy (shorter duration).

  • After these periods, data may be archived (with restricted access) for an additional 2 years to protect SolM Europe’s legitimate interests in case of legal disputes.



7. Your Rights under the GDPR

In accordance with Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  1. Right of access – to obtain confirmation and a copy of your personal data.
  2. Right to rectification – to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  3. Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) – under certain legal conditions.
  4. Right to restriction of processing – if you contest the accuracy or lawfulness of processing.
  5. Right to data portability – to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
  6. Right to object – to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.
  7. Right to withdraw consent – at any time, when consent is the legal basis.

We will respond within one (1) month of receipt. This period may be extended by two (2) months in the case of complex requests, with notice provided.

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the UODO or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
